Our client, a national estates conservation organisation, was seeking to build upon its successful food retail business at its visitor locations nationwide.  In order to plan for controlled growth, they first needed an in-depth understanding of their current operations, workflows and local decision-making processes.

Tactical Support

Acert was appointed to investigate and document the first and second level ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business processes for the organisation’s various food retail models (self-service, table service, made to order, and so on).
